Price Adjustments for JOP Price Lists

When you run the Price List Adjustment, a request page opens where you define how the new prices should be calculated and which price list lines should be included.

Options

  • Starting Date
Specifies the date from which the adjusted prices should be valid. Existing price list lines may be updated or new lines may be created depending on the configuration.
  • Adjustment Factor (%)
Defines the percentage used to increase or decrease prices.
Example: Enter 10 to increase prices by 10%, or -5 to decrease prices by 5%.
  • Unit Amount Rounding Precision
Specifies how the calculated prices are rounded (for example, 0.01 for cent precision).
  • Overwrite Existing Prices
If enabled, existing prices will be replaced with the proposed values. If disabled, only empty or new values will be calculated.
  • Update Prices
If enabled, the adjusted prices are applied immediately to the price list. If disabled, the system only calculates and proposes new prices for review.

Filters

Use filters to limit which price list lines are included in the adjustment:

  • No.
    Select a specific price list
  • Customer No.
    Restrict to a specific customer
  • Valid From / Valid To
Adjust only prices within a specific validity period

Additional filters can be applied using Filter... to further refine the selection.

Processing

Best Practice

  • Run the adjustment first without Update Prices to review the results.

  • Use filters to avoid unintended updates across all price lists.
